majority of yesterday's practice was spent teaching hui min how to play the euphonium. so ironic, somehow. when she was picking up clarinet i had to teach her. then now, again on the eupho. but anyway it was fun. got her all the way to D. yeah. chem today was another mind-numbing 1 1/2 hours in boredom. never mind. at the very least, it provides an excuse to get out of the house.


Let me be a little careless
For there's no guarantee that I will come out whole

And anyway, I've been
far too careful for far too long; not like you
would even understand.
In any case, my point is this:
Life is brief (really it is)
and you,
you have no idea how very brief it is.





i finally found out why one should share a sunset with a blind man.
now i have another question:
who would you rather have at your funeral.
the person who inspired you, or the person whom you inspired?
